You can delete your “Calculateur INRAT” account (caf.tn website and mobile app) and all associated data at any time.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, email address, phone number, farm profile)
- Your saved calculations
- Your plots
- Your messages exchanged with the INRAT team
Deletion is immediate and permanent: this data cannot be recovered.
How to delete it
- On the website: sign in, open your account, go to the “My profile” tab and click “Delete my account”. You will be asked for your password. Sign in
- In the mobile app: “Mon espace”, then “Profil”, then “Supprimer mon compte” (the app is currently in French only).
- If you can no longer sign in, email contact@caf.tn from your account's email address and ask for its deletion. We will process it within 30 days.
